From the early morning bustle of Peterhead Fish Market to behind-the-scenes operations at Fishers Laundry, apprentices see first-hand how the industry operates at every level. Amazing masterclasses with Master Chef GB, and front row tickets to HIT Scotland Conferences, along with our network of exceptional partner hotels and suppliers provide a deep understanding of professional standards, innovation, and creativity in hospitality.
Past journeys have included inspiring trips to Royal Yacht Britannia, Williamsons Food Services & The Johnnie Walker Experience, as well as wine tastings and foraging for seasonal ingredients, giving apprentices a true taste of Scotland’s vibrant food and drink scene and the suppliers who keep it thriving.
