The Lodge boasts a bar and two restaurants, as well as private dining services, and is a popular event, conference, and wedding venue, providing apprentices with plenty of opportunities to experience a varied work programme. Each team member is valued for their contribution, making Banchory Lodge a fun and rewarding place to work.
Recognising the importance of teamwork, the Lodge invests time in both in-house and external training to support staff development. Apprentices will spend time in each department to build up their experience while being part of a dynamic team committed to offering exceptional service.
