This programme gives you hands-on experience across multiple areas of hospitality, helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. You’ll rotate through four-month placements in three of the following departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage Operations.
