What You'll Learn

This programme gives you hands-on experience across multiple areas of hospitality, helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. You’ll rotate through four-month placements in three of the following departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage Operations.

You’ll learn:

  • Guest services and front-of-house operations – delivering exceptional experiences for every visitor

  • Housekeeping and attention to detail – ensuring every space is spotless and welcoming

  • Kitchen skills and food safety – understanding the essentials of hygiene and preparation
