This 18-month Professional Cookery Apprenticeship is open to individuals aged 16–24 and offers pay at least in line with the national minimum wage for your age, rather than the lower apprenticeship rate. The programme provides an excellent foundation for a rewarding career within one of the most dynamic and exciting sectors of hospitality.
Successful completion leads to a Professional Cookery SCQF Level 5 Diploma, delivered through full kitchen-based training with units tailored to your operation and agreed in collaboration with your Head Chef. There is also the potential to progress to an extended apprenticeship, supporting continued development and career progression within the industry.
