The privately owned 40 bedroomed Marcliffe Hotel and Spa is Aberdeen’s only 5 Star VisitScotland hotel.

Team Marcliffe have been hosting and training apprentices for over 30 years now and have proudly sponsored an Award in the Hospitality and Tourism Department of Robert Gordon University for a number of years. 

Our apprentices are the cream of the crop, handpicked and have a dedicated Manager and our Personnel Officer to look after their training programme and welfare.

With hard work, passion and dedication from the apprentices, The Marcliffe will make them ready for a career in hospitality. 

The hotel’s Managing Director Calum Milne is an ex apprentice of 30 years ago!
